COLLECTORS CLUB REFUND POLICY

At Collectors Club, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of our products. Our refund policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

IN-STORE PURCHASES
• Items may be summited to examination within 7 days of purchase with original receipt 
• Item must be in the same condition as purchased (same card count,  all original items of sealed product)
• Opened sealed products are eligible for refund if Collectors Club verifies counterfeit product.

ONLINE ORDERS (IN-STORE PICKUP)
• Cancellations accepted until order is picked up 
• Once picked up, in-store return policy applies 
• Orders not picked up within 3 days will be cancelled and refunded 

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
We take product authenticity seriously. If any item purchased from Collectors Club is verified to be counterfeit: 
• We will provide a full refund of the purchase price 
• Additionally, we will issue a 20% store credit of the purchase price 
• Item must be returned for examination and verification 
• Claims must be supported with authentication documentation from recognized authorities 

PAYMENT REFUNDS
• Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment 
• Cash refunds over $250 may require up to 3 business days to process 
• Credit card refunds typically process within 3-5 business days 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Special orders 
• Clearance items (unless defective)  


RIGHT TO MODIFY
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted in-store and online.
